Zen Counselling is a blessing and I am indebted to Kinichi Ishimaru, the founder of IZCA. YES, There is a Buddha within each one of us and when we are awake enough to know this, bliss happens. Who benefits more from the exercise, the Counsellor or the Counsilee? Buddha alone knows :)
